Mommy's Cheesecake

Mommy's recipes are the best. And this is only one of them. Enjoy it and try to do it at home!


Cheesecake de Leite Condensado Cozido com Framboesas

Boiled Condensed Milk Cheesecake with Raspberry




🇵🇹 Português 🇵🇹


Ingredientes:

  • 1 pacote de Bolacha Maria (200g)

  • 125g Margarina Vaqueiro

  • 1 lata de leite condensado cozido

  • 5 folhas de gelatina

  • 1 caixa de queijo Mascarpone ou Philadelphia


Cobertura:

  • (opcional) Chantilly feito em casa (1 pacote de Natas e açucar a gosto)

  • (opcional) Framboesas congeladas


Preparação:

  1. Moer a bolacha e adicionar a manteiga na bolacha +/- derretida;

  2. Mexer bem e forrar a tarteira com o preparado anterior e deixar no frigorifico;

  3. Colocar as 5 folhas de molho em água tépida, esperar um pouco, retirá-las para uma chávena e levar a banho maria (ou ao microondas) para a gelatina ficar derretida;

  4. Num recipiente colocar o leite condensado cozido, batê-lo com a batedeira;

  5. Adicionar o queijo e voltar a bater;

  6. Com a batedeira ligada, adicionar a gelatina e bater sempre;

  7. Colocar o preparado na tarteira e deixar durante a noite no frigorífico;

  8. - Antes de servir - desenformar o cheesecake, é opcional colocar o chantilly e os frutos.

Ingredients:

  • 200g of the cookies you want for the base

  • 125g of margarine

  • 1 can of boiled condensed milk

  • 5 gelatine sheets

  • 1 box of Mascarpone / Philadelphia cheese

Toppings:

  • (optional) Homemade Whipped Cream (1 pack of cream, add sugar as you like)

  • (optional) Frozen Raspberries

Preparation:

  1. Crush the cookies and then add the butter +/- melted;

  2. Stir well and cover the pie plate with what you did on the last step. Let it rest in the fridge;

  3. Put 5 gelatine sheets in tepid water, after a while, take them to a tea-cup and put them on the microwave for it to melt;

  4. In another recipient add the boiled condensed milk, stir it with the food mixer;

  5. Add the cheese and stir it again;

  6. With the food mixer turned on, add the gelatine sheets and keep on stiring;

  7. Put it all in the pie plate and let it rest on the fridge during the night;

  8. - Before serving - unmold the cheesecake from the pie plate, the toppings are optional.
