Hi guys! Today, as promised, is recipe day. I also did my nails in a spa close to my house called New Ritual Spa (IG @newritualspa). They are amazing, my nails are always flawless when I get them done them there, and they last a lot! They have yellow in it, and speaking about yellow, today's recipe is Lemon Meringue Pie - one of my favorites!!!

Lemon Meringue Pie
2 latas de leite condensado;
1 pacote de bolacha maria;
2 colheres de sopa de manteiga;
2 colheres de sopa de açúcar.
Desfazer as bolachas maria e misture-as com manteiga;
Bater até fazer uma massa;
Forrar uma forma amovível com este preparado depois de a untar com margarina, apertar bem e levar ao frigorifico;
Espremer os limões, coar o sumo e misturar com o leite condensado;
Cobrir a superfície da base com a mistura;
Entretanto, bater as claras em castelo, juntar o açúcar e continuar a bater até obter um merengue;
Enfeitar a superfície com esta massa;
Levar ao forno previamente aquecido a 250ºC para dourar a superfície;
Levar de novo ao frigorífico até servir.
2 cans of condensed milk;
1 package of any cookie you want (as simple as possible);
2 tablespoons of butter;
2 egg whites;
2 tablespoons of sugar.
Crush the cookies and mix them with butter;
Mix until you make a dough;
Line a removable mold with this preparation after greasing it with margarine, squeeze well and take it to the fridge;
Squeeze the lemons, strain the juice and mix with the condensed milk;
Cover the base surface with the mixture;
Meanwhile, beat the egg whites, add the sugar and continue to beat until you get a meringue;
Cover the surface with this mass;
Take to the oven previously heated to 250ºC to make the surface golden;
Put it back in the fridge until serving.
