Homemade Pizza Recipe - Weekend Special

Hi guys. Here's a recipe for pizza lovers to try today at dinner. Please read all the recipe with an Italian accent, it will be funnier. I'll leave it both in Portuguese and in English. Enjoy!


Pizza de quatro queijos

Four-Cheese Pizza

🇵🇹 Português 🇵🇹

Pax: 4 pessoas

Tempo: 1h30


Ingredientes para a massa:


  1. 500g de farinha de trigo

  2. 18g de fermento biológico fresco

  3. 1 colher de chá de sal

  4. 4 colheres de sopa de azeite

  5. 250 ml de água morna


Ingredientes para o molho de tomate:


  1. 1 cebola grande

  2. 3/4 dentes de alho

  3. 3/4 tomates

  4. 2 folhas de louro

  5. Sal q.b.

  6. 1 colher de chá de açúcar

  7. Água q.b.


Toppings:


  1. Queijo mozzarella

  2. Queijo parmesão

  3. Queijo feta

  4. Queijo roquefort

  5. Orégãos

  6. Azeitonas às rodelas (opcional)

  7. Rúcula (opcional)


Preparação da massa:


  1. Colocar a água morna num recipiente e dissolver o fermento nesta.

  2. Colocar a farinha num recipiente grande e misturar o sal.

  3. Abrir um buraco no centro da farinha e colocar o azeite e a água com o fermento.

  4. Misturar tudo com as mãos e amassar até que os ingredientes fiquem bem incorporados.

  5. Transferir a massa para uma bancada coberta de farinha e amassar durante 8-10 minutos.

  6. Modelar a massa em bola e colocar outra vez no recipiente.

  7. Cobrir com um pano e deixar repousar 1 hora de forma a crescer.

  8. Dividir a massa em quatro, esticar com o rolo da massa (meio cm de altura) e colocar na forma.

  9. Colocar papel vegetal na forma e de seguida a massa.


Preparação do molho:


  1. Refogado de cebola e alho e deixar a lourar.

  2. De seguida colocar o tomate partido aos cubinhos.

  3. Colocar as folhas de louro.

  4. Quando o tomate estiver cozido, retirar as folhas do louro, colocar o sal e o açúcar e passar com a varinha mágica. (colocar água se necessário)


Preparação da Pizza:


  1. Após colocar a massa na forma, adicionar o molho de tomate.

  2. Primeiro colocar o queijo mozzarella. De seguida raspar o queijo parmesão e colocar.

  3. Esmigalhar o feta e colocar.

  4. Depois o roquefort.

  5. Adicionar os orégãos por todo.

  6. Se quiser pode acrescentar as azeitonas.

  7. Por no forno (no modo pizza) a 250º até ficar pronto.

  8. Acrescentar a rúcula (se quiser).

Ingredients for the dough:


  1. 500g of wheat flour

  2. 18g de fresh biological yeast

  3. 1 tea spoon of salt

  4. 4 soup spoons of olive oil

  5. 250ml of tepid water


Ingredients for the tomato sauce:


  1. 1 big onion

  2. 3/4 garlic clove

  3. 3/4 tomatos

  4. 2 laurel leaves

  5. Salt as needed

  6. 1 tea spoon of sugar

  7. Water as needed


Toppings:

  1. Mozzarella cheese

  2. Parmesan cheese

  3. Feta cheese

  4. Roquefort cheese

  5. Oregano

  6. Sliced olives (optional)

  7. Arugula (optional)


Dough preparation:

  1. Put the tepid water in a container and the yeast in it.

  2. Put the flour in another container and mix it with salt.

  3. Open a hole in the middle of the flour and mix the olive oil with the water and the yeast.

  4. Mix everything with your hands and knead it until all ingredients are well mixed.

  5. Put the dough in the counter covered in flour and knead it for about 8 to 10 minutes.

  6. Shape the dough into a ball and place it again in the container.

  7. Cover it with a blanket and let it rest for an hour to grow.

  8. Split the dough in four and stretch it with the dough roller (half cm height).

  9. Put baking paper in the pan and then the dough.


Sauce preparation:


  1. Stew the onion and the garlic and let it be gold.

  2. Then, put the tomato cut into cubes.

  3. Put the laurel leaves.

  4. Once the tomato is cooked, take off the laurel, put the salt and the sugar and mix it with a hand blender. (add water if necessary)


Pizza preparation:

  1. After putting the dough in the pan, add the tomato sauce.

  2. First, add the mozzarella cheese. Then, scrape the parmesan cheese and add it there.

  3. Crumble the feta cheese and add it to your pizza.

  4. Do the same with roquefort.

  5. Add oregano all over the pizza.

  6. If you want you can add the olives and the arugula.

  7. Put it in the oven (in pizza mode) in 250º .


This one is a bit more difficult, but I swear it is really really good. You should give it a try.
